    Introduction
    FZG gear wear test machine is a multi-purpose testing machine.It can be used for the evaluation of the scuffing load capacity of the lubricant, also can be customized according to client’s demands. It is usually using for gear bending fatigue strength and gear touch fatigue strength test.

    Working conditions

    1.The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed the rated value ± 10% and the fluctuation range of the frequency should not exceed 2% of the rated value.
    2.Test FZG test equipment should be installed horizontally and the installed base should be smoothly. The horizontal error for the host workbench aspect direction should not exceed 0.2/1000.

    Structural characteristics and working principle
    1. Loading mode
    This FZG scuffing loading capacity test equipment is a dynamic closed-loop configuration, and load mode adopts rod hanging weights mode.
    The loading lever is hung on the load sheave clutch. By hanging weights plus through fastening loaded clutch nut and make the two sheave tighten which installed on the loaded clutch. Then remove the weights and the loading lever and you can readout the torque on the clutch torque measurement.

    2. Installation and adjustment
    Make the test machine at the level of the floor and mat three horns. Put the spirit level on the test table. By adjusting the horn to make the vertical and horizontal direction error do not exceed 0.2/1000.
    The fzg test machine host should be placed separately from the control cabinet to avoid the noise and pungent odor when the testing machine working. After the start of the test machine, person can not inter into the room which the machine placed.
    The test procedure in accordance with the the "lubricant carrying capacity assay (CL-100 gear machine method) SH/T0306-92" provisions.
