    Product Introduction

    The Roofing Fire Performance Test Equipment with Burning Brands for fire reactivity of roofing materials is developed according to GB/T 30735-2014 "Test Methods for External Fire Reaction of Roofs and Roof Covering Products". The test method mainly refers to the t1 test method in ENV 1187 and ISO 12468-1. This method specifies three test methods under fire conditions. Method A corresponds to t1 in ENV 1187, and Method B and Method C correspond to ISO 12468-1. Respectively simulate the state of the external reaction of the roof and roof covering products to fire under the adjustment of wind and heat radiation.

     

    Performance characteristics

    1. The test sample frame structure is made of metal square pipe welding and angle steel;

    2. The test angle of the test sample holder can be adjusted, and the pneumatic adjustment method is adopted. The user only needs to operate by the button, which is convenient for the user to use;

    3. The adjustable range of the test stand angle is 0-50 degrees, which meets the test requirements of ISO 12468 Method A and ENV 1187 t1 for the maximum inclination height of the sample to be 45 degrees;

    4. The air duct material is SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. A fine honeycomb grille is installed in the upper air duct and a coarse honeycomb grille at the outlet;

    5. The fan specifications are: the maximum fan speed is 250 cubic meters/min, and the fan motor power is 5.5KW;

    6. Fan frequency conversion adjustment device: 3-phase 380V power 5.5KW;
