This test equipment is a multi-functional combined test bench, which can realize the combustion test of large combustible gas burners and small gas burners for the airborne equipment, accessories and components in the designated fire zone of aircraft. The test samples include cables and electrical connectors, hoses and pneumatic components.
FAR 25.853 Part II,III,VII
1.The burner consists of elliptical combustion nozzle, igniter, flame sprayer, spoiler, equalizer, combustion cylinder, muffler and ejector. Burner nozzle is sprayed with carbon steel
2.The current equalizer is made of 45 steel or 201 stainless steel. It is made according to standard drawings to make the air flow more uniform. The defect of unstable flame temperature caused by non-uniform air flow in the first generation burner is remedied.
3.The spoiler is made of 45 steel or 201. It is made according to the standard drawings, so that the air and fuel particles can be fully mixed, and the flame temperature can be more uniform and stable.
4.Ejector: It plays a key role in air supply control. Provide sufficient air to the burner flame
5.The imported muffler eliminates the noise caused by excessive wind speed.
6.The fuel supply system of burner is composed of special nozzle, oil guide pipe, oil pressure gauge, solenoid valve, pressure tank, air pressure system, etc.
7.The gas supply system of burner is composed of compressed air (provided by customers) pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, pressure regulating valve, filter and so on. Compressed air source provided by customers: 0.9 MPA, The diameter of trachea is 25 mm.
8. Aviation HOSE and Tube Flammability Test Equipment is equipped with 10KV high pressure ignition system. Ignition wire is flame-resistant and temperature-resistant.
9.The burner flame is a mixture of air and oil. The temperature should not be lower than1200±50℃. Flames are conical in shape; yellow in color.

11.The test frame is the fixed burner frame and the temperature calibration frame.

Flame calibration system:
1.Thermocouple imported from the USA, 304 armoured, 1.5mm in diameter, real-time acquisition of flame temperature, accuracy of 0.1 C;

3.The calibration temperature range is 1100±80℃.
4.Temperature calibration includes calibration framework, 7 imported temperature sensors, temperature acquisition device and software system.

7.Pressure tank can burn for about 20 to 40 hours. The fuel supply is powered by compressed air.
Water pipe heat flux density calibration system
1.Two imported K-type thermocouples, 304 armoured, 1.5 in diameter, were used to record the temperature data of the inlet and outlet in real time.
2.16 bit high performance temperature data acquisition module;
3.Automatic control of calibration process system, ignition-preheating-calibration;
4.Data acquisition for 3 minutes, recording 1 data per second;
