    Wire Fire Resistance with Mechanical Shock Test Apparatus 

     

    Introduction

    Wires and cables that are hard to catch on fire and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of fire are usually referred to IEC60332-3.This test apparatus is degsigned and produced according to BS6387-2013 and GB/T 19216 to the latest standards requirements. Because two different tests can be carried out on one electrical control box, this apparatus can save much cost for customers.

    Tests for electric cables under fire conditions - Circuit integrity - Part12: Apparatus - Fire with shock at a temperature of at least 830 C
    • IEC 60331 part 31:Procedures and requirements for fire with shock - Cables of rated voltage up to and including0,6/1 kV

    • IEC 60331 part 1:specifies the test method for cables which are required to maintain circuit integrity when subject to fire and mechanical shock under specified conditions
    • (Option)BS6378:2013 Performance requirements for cables required to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions
     


    Main Features:
    1, The burner is a belt type propane blowtorch with a Venturi mixer, and the burner nozzle is length 500mm, width 15mm.
    2, Those burning holes are staggered into 3 rows, and the front width is 15mm, holes diameter is 1.32mm and these holes center distance is 3.2mm;
    3, Double flow meter and pressure regulator at the inlet.
